Angolan Head of State José Eduardo dos Santos visited
the construction works of Zango III and IV housing project,
in Viana district, about 30 kilometres of centre of the
capital, Luanda, expected to provide accommodation for about
7,000 families.
The completion of the works of the social impact project
is expected for October 2009, under the

companies, Odebrecht, Acosante, Efes,Namk, Arkus and Afretrack.
The beneficiaries of the project are people who have been moved
from various zones seen as inappropriate for dwelling.
In addition to the construction of houses, the project includes
health centres, commercial shops, bakeries, churches, a Management
High School, police station, a supermarket and other facilities.
