 Bissau Guinean President Writes to Angolan Counterpart

not disclosed to the press. The message was handed over during an audience granted to her by Fernando Dias dos Santos.
According to the Bissau Guinean official, who attended the 6th meeting of the Zone of Peace and Cooperation of the South Atlantic, the audience also served for a discussion of the state of cooperation between the two countries.
Maria Cabral, the second Guinean official to be received by Angolan Prime Minister, within a 72 hours time – the other was the Interior minister of that country, Baciro Dabo – reaffirmed her State’s wish to count on a “strong presence” of Angolan businessmen in the development of Guinea Bissau.
