The minister added that new programmes have been appearing, which
are turned to the socialisation of thousands of youths, who during

it is necessary to elaborate strategies to give a response to the
post-war challenges", he said.
According to Burity da Silva, the Angolan government approved the
literacy re-launching programme for children, youths and adults,
as a component to recover the delay in the educational performance.
Attending the seminar are high ranking officials with the education
sector of African Portuguese Speaking Countries (PALOP) and education
experts from various points of the world.
The meeting aims at analysing issues of quality education, management
and training of teachers, assessment of primary education, increase
of aid to donors for progress of CPLP`s ongoing education reform.
